1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VaniVeda website, our online assessment tools (including the exam-matcher quiz and French proficiency test), and enrolment in any VaniVeda course. By submitting a form, taking an assessment, or enrolling in a batch, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
VaniVeda provides online French language coaching for DELF, TCF and TEF preparation, delivered in live online batches. We also provide self-assessment tools to help candidates gauge their current level and identify a suitable exam track.
3. Enrolment
Submitting the enrolment form is an expression of interest, not a confirmed seat. A VaniVeda counsellor will contact you to confirm batch availability, fees and payment before your enrolment is finalised. Fees, schedules and syllabus details are communicated directly by our team and may vary by batch.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule to a later batch at no additional cost, subject to availability, if you notify us at least 48 hours before your batch starts.
- Refund eligibility and any applicable cancellation fee will be communicated at the time of enrolment and confirmed in writing.
- Once a batch has started, fees already paid for completed sessions are non-refundable.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and personal information when using our forms. Booking and appearing for the official DELF, TCF or TEF examination remains your own responsibility with the relevant examination body or test centre — VaniVeda is a coaching provider and is not affiliated with, and does not administer, these official examinations.
6. Assessment tools & results
The exam-matcher quiz and French proficiency test on this site are self-assessment tools intended to give a quick, informal indication of level and exam fit. They are not official DELF, TCF or TEF results, are not a guarantee of your score on an official examination, and should not be treated as immigration advice. Any points or level estimates shown are illustrative only.
7. Course materials
Course materials, recordings and syllabus documents shared with enrolled candidates are for personal study use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
8. Limitation of liability
VaniVeda works to prepare candidates to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee a specific examination score, immigration outcome or admission decision, as these depend on factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, VaniVeda is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
